Privacy Policy

This is a short, interim policy for the GramQuiz holding page. A full privacy policy will replace it when the new GramQuiz tests launch.

Who we are

GramQuiz is run by YodaCom LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). You can reach us at:

What we collect

We don't collect any personal data from you on this page yet. Our host, Cloudflare, sees technical information such as your IP address when you visit (see "Who handles your data" below). When the "Notify me" signup opens, we'll also collect your email address, plus a record that you ticked the consent box, the wording version you agreed to, and the date and time you did so.

That will be all we ask you for. We will not ask for your name, and nothing on this page asks about your quiz answers or personality type. We will not store your IP address or browser details with your signup.

Why we use it

When signup opens, we will use your email address only to tell you when GramQuiz's new tests launch and to send occasional updates about GramQuiz. We will not sell your email address, and we will not share it for advertising.

Why we're allowed to (our legal basis)

If you are in the EU or UK: when signup opens, we will rely on your consent, which you will give by ticking a box. You will be able to withdraw it at any time, and doing so will not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

Confirming your address

There is nothing to confirm yet, because we are not collecting email addresses. When signup opens, this section will say whether we send a confirmation email.

Who handles your data

We use, or will use, a few service providers to run this page. They handle data on our behalf to provide their services to us:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this page. Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit, as any web host does. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it handles that data.
• Supabase, which will store the email list, in a database located in the United States (East), once signup opens.

When we start sending email, we will use an email delivery service such as Resend. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This page does not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or load third-party scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs.

Where your data is kept

When signup opens, your information will be stored and processed in the United States (East). If you are in the EU or UK, that means your information will be transferred outside your country. By ticking the consent box you will agree to that transfer.

How long we keep it

Once signup opens, we will keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide to close the list. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of that so we do not email you again.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time, once we start sending email, with the link in each message or by writing to us.
• Ask us to delete your email address, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to the email address above. We will answer within 30 days.
• If you are in California, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
• If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to correct your data, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

GramQuiz is not meant for children. Signup is not open yet. When it opens, please do not sign up if you are under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

What GramQuiz is, and isn't

GramQuiz is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool.

Accounts and tests

The tests and optional accounts described on this page are not live yet. When they launch, we will publish a full privacy policy that covers them before we collect anything more than your email address here.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we will tell you first.
